About This Role

This Account Executive role focuses on driving revenue growth by leveraging existing contacts and building new networks within primary and secondary market verticals for security, rental, traffic control, and heavy construction businesses. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with an emphasis on long-term client relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by leveraging existing contacts within primary verticals (security guard companies, rental yards, traffic companies, heavy construction) and secondary/niche markets
  • Manage the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs
  • Identify new opportunities through research and market insight, focusing on high-probability prospects where credibility already exists
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline health, and market intelligence
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to position solutions effectively
