The Account Executive acts as the client's primary daily contact, overseeing all marketing, creative, media, production, and research projects to ensure they are on-strategy, on-budget, and on-time. This role involves managing complex timelines, meeting deadlines, and proactively resolving issues while advocating for both the client and the agency.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute advertising activities for clients, including creative briefs and critical paths, in accordance with client objectives and budget
- Initiate and manage all client correspondence, including scope of work and cost estimates
- Proactively initiate and manage timelines for all creative projects and media assignments
- Understand assigned clients' scopes of work and elevate scope changes to superiors
- Manage multiple smaller projects and support senior team members on larger projects
- Anticipate and escalate problems when necessary
- Assist in the development and production of plans, presentations, and proposals
- Provide timely and ongoing budget management and reporting
- Consult with creative, media, and research teams to communicate client objectives and develop strategic solutions
- Ensure timely communication of project status to clients, including weekly status reports and production timelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business related preferred
- 3-4 years Marketing communications experience; 2-3 years advertising agency experience
