This Account Executive role at ModMed involves selling Practice Management and ancillary solutions to existing clients, managing the full sales process from lead qualification to contract signing. You will leverage business acumen to recommend solutions that improve clients' medical practices.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop relationships with existing customers to identify, qualify, and develop quality sales opportunities.
- Drive the sales strategy and process for your assigned territory.
- Become a trusted advisor by making thoughtful recommendations to deploy additional Modernizing Medicine solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting by entering and maintaining accurate customer data in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage the sales process from the first phone call through contract signing, ensuring a premium experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience performing virtual client presentations/product demonstrations
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy, natural interest in technology
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility and influence with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
- 2 years of progressive B2B full-cycle sales experience preferred, not required.
Nice to Have
- SaaS (Software Sales) and/or Healthcare sales experience
- Clinical background in lieu of sales experience
- Previous experience using CRM systems
- Salesforce experience
