About This Role

Own and grow MCA's Voice internal channel for In-Building Wireless Solutions in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, driving revenue, strategy, and execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for Voice sales representatives, enabling them to position cellular DAS solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow MCA's Voice internal channel for In-Building Wireless Solutions, with full responsibility for revenue, strategy, and execution across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions
  • Serve as the primary IWS point of contact for all Voice sales representatives in the East
  • Evangelize IWS capabilities to Voice teams, positioning cellular DAS as a natural and trusted companion
  • Enable Voice sellers by supporting opportunity qualification, solution positioning, budgeting, quoting, proposal development, bid defenses, and customer-facing presentations
  • Work closely with Voice shops that have existing relationships with IWS to strengthen and streamline execution
  • Coordinate internally with IWS engineering, operations, proposals, and leadership to ensure Voice-originated opportunities are supported efficiently and consistently
  • Establish repeatable playbooks, messaging, and engagement models
  • Forecast channel-driven revenue accurately and manage pipeline health through disciplined CRM usage and regular communication
  • Represent the voice of the Voice channel internally, providing feedback on market trends, competitive dynamics, and areas for improvement
  • Provide sales forecasts and adhere to objectives for forecast and pipeline management
  • Document sales activities meticulously in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise or complex solution sales with indirect or channel-led motions
  • Strong understanding of Voice, public safety, and LMR ecosystem and cellular DAS complementarity
  • Experience working with internal or partner sales organizations at scale
  • Deep familiarity with in-building wireless solutions, including cellular DAS, ERCES
  • Ability to translate technical and operational complexity into clear guidance
  • Highly collaborative working style
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort operating in long sales cycles initiated through trusted relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in enterprise or complex solution sales, with demonstrated success supporting multi-million-dollar opportunities through indirect or channel-led motions.
