Account Executive

About This Role

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth and customer loyalty for MCA's Voice (MSS) division in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role involves developing sales strategies, exceeding targets, and building strong client relationships within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
• Forecast sales trends and develop innovative, result-driven sales strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with new clients and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Expand and manage a robust client database within the assigned territory.
• Follow up on incoming leads with same-day responsiveness to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Stay informed on competitor products and effectively position solutions to outperform them.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in public safety (direct service or sales roles)
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication skills and collaborative, service-first mindset
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly to clients
• Strong self-motivation and personal drive
• Ability to work independently and stay focused without direct daily oversight
• High energy, results-driven individual
• Proof of insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in sales or public safety (preferred), or 5+ years of direct sales or public safety experience.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications
