About This Role

Drive sales of LINET Americas' medical products within an assigned market territory, building long-term relationships with healthcare facilities and executing comprehensive sales strategies to exceed budget goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong sales and margin pipeline within the territory to exceed budget
  • Develop and execute strategies to build share of customer and long-term relationships
  • Build LINET & Wi-Bo brand and image in the marketplace through professionalism
  • Successfully execute sales and marketing initiatives and contribute to their development
  • Convert share of customer spending from incumbent suppliers to LINET Americas, including prospecting, negotiating, quoting, and closing sales
  • Drive the generation of new sales across products to healthcare providers, embracing solution selling
  • Understand the detailed functionality and benefit offering of each product and articulate economic benefits
  • Define an overall strategy annually to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
  • Demonstrate an effective understanding of competitive action and develop plans to address opportunities
  • Prepare analysis for and development of overall packages for new sales
  • Lead efforts with services personnel to drive ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Oversee installation of new products, provide basic training, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure base maintenance and new sales growth
  • Build LINET Americas relationships throughout all levels of the Customer organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 years capital medical sales experience and/or training
  • In-depth sales experience with strong understanding of the solutions selling process
  • Demonstrated excellence in account development and territory management
  • Strong performance against budget requirements and limitations
  • Strong aptitude for and understanding of the Post Acute space
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 years capital medical sales experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
