This Account Executive role focuses on driving new business sales by prospecting into law firms, developing key client relationships, and demonstrating product value. The position aims to achieve consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business sales through a high volume of cold calling and follow-up in assigned territory
- Learn, understand, and demonstrate world-class products to prospects
- Achieve or exceed consistent monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPOs
Requirements
- Excellent lead generation or inside sales experience
- Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound/day)
- Good listener and quick thinker
- Ability to work solo and as a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Detail-orientated with ability to follow defined processes
- Solid time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and CRM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with lead generation or inside sales, specifically with heavy cold calling volume.
