Account Executive

About This Role

Build the client's customer base by generating leads, conducting outreach, and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals for a rapidly growing technology organization in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach (phone, email, in-person) to introduce solutions to healthcare providers
• Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships, engage with prospects, and generate qualified leads
• Partner with the internal Sales team to execute customer acquisition strategies
• Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations
• Build and maintain a targeted list of healthcare professionals and decision-makers
• Qualify leads based on needs, challenges, and buying behavior
• Track outreach, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM
• Support development of sales presentations, pitches, and collateral

Requirements

• Sales experience with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead generation
• Proven ability to convert leads and meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the sales profession
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Sales experience with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead generation. Proven ability to convert leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
