The Account Executive will drive new business for BambooHR by cultivating relationships with HR professionals and leaders, showcasing the platform's ROI to convert prospective clients into new ones. This role focuses on B2B SaaS sales within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify SMB prospects via phone and email
- Manage leads passed from the SDR team
- Manage the entire sales pipeline with large coverage
- Contact white-paper leads (marketing qualified leads)
- Conduct sales via web conference and phone
Requirements
- 1+ years of Sales or SDR experience
- Track record of exceeding expectations
- Desire for a successful career in sales
- Ability to articulate value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
- Great attitude, self-motivated, and passion for growth
- Excellent written communication skills
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday from 5 AM - 2 PM MST
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Sales or SDR experience
