About This Role

This Account Executive role at Advanced RevCycle focuses on driving new business growth for Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care RCM solutions across the US. The role involves managing customer relationships, executing the sales process, and achieving sales quotas for a high-growth, tech-enabled company.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the President on go-to-market, sales and marketing initiatives
  • Proactively generate new qualified prospects and respond to sales leads to attain sales quota
  • Prospect for and qualify sales leads
  • Listen to and understand the needs of the client/prospective client
  • Develop industry and regulatory knowledge of Hospice, Home Health and Palliative Care
  • Familiarize and gain perspective on competitors, client technologies utilized and various industry organizations
  • Identify, define and successfully navigate complex, multidisciplinary, C-Level sales processes
  • Collaborate with ARC’s CEO and service line leaders on joint sales efforts
  • Attend and participate in various industry-related conferences
  • Track the status and activities of all assigned accounts and prospects in ARC’s CRM (Pipedrive) and shared pipeline reports
  • Be able to explain the circumstances and situations in any account being pursued with accurate and current information
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Responsibly manage expenses related to site visits by planning multiple account visits per trip
  • Communicate with the RCM service and delivery team to ensure smooth new client transitions and onboarding
  • Assist with strategic partnerships and sales channels when appropriate
  • Manage customer relationships by ensuring proper setting of expectations and responding to escalated customer issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years successful sales track record
  • Results driven individual with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota
  • Strong hunter and consultative sales experience
  • Excellent organization, follow through, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to communicate and navigate the C-Suite (CNO, CEO, CFO)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Pipedrive or similar CRM experience
  • Monday.com Work Management or similar project management software experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
  • Able to work in a fast paced sometimes stressful environment
  • Must have access to a major airport
  • Ability to work remotely

Qualifications

  • BS/BA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years successful track record of sales preferred
