Responsibilities

• Create and update course shells in the LMS according to universal design standards
• Consult on LMS capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders on course development
• Independently manage the curriculum feedback ticketing system
• Ensure course catalog compliance with clarity and formatting standards
• Review content for alignment with Quality Matters standards

Requirements

• HTML/coding experience
• Degree or certification in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field
• Experience in professional or academic editing/proofreading
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Ability to report on data and manage multiple projects independently
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Adobe Suite and/or Learning Management Systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
