About This Role

Shape and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive growth in the B2B space, influencing client engagement and accelerating deal closure. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to create campaigns that resonate with strategic enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable ABM strategy aligned to go-to-market priorities and revenue goals
  • Define and manage target account segments in partnership with Sales and RevOps
  • Build account plans and messaging frameworks for priority accounts
  • Plan and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns across various platforms
  • Partner with content teams to tailor messaging by persona and industry
  • Orchestrate cohesive marketing and sales touchpoints for account experiences
  • Act as the primary ABM advocate to Sales and SDR teams
  • Enable Sales with actionable insights and tailored ABM resources
  • Support initiatives aimed at deal acceleration and account expansion
  • Define and track ABM success metrics to measure impact
  • Build dashboards to communicate performance to marketing and sales leadership
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback
  • Own ABM-related tools and ensure data integrity and alignment
  • Document processes and create repeatable ABM playbooks as the program evolves

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on ABM or enterprise demand generation
  • Experience planning and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns
  • Proven ability to support complex B2B sales cycles
  • Strong record of partnership with Sales teams to drive outcomes
  • Experience across digital and events in multi-channel campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring marketing impact

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on ABM or enterprise demand generation
