Xfinity Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

As an Xfinity Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Xfinity services and products, developing product knowledge, and maximizing sales through upselling while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell Xfinity products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Utilize effective knowledge to sell additional services and up-sell accounts by explaining new features and competitive advantages
• Execute sales closing techniques consistently and timely to maximize Gross Profit
• Create value around all products and services and tailor packages to fit customer's needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently and maximize personal commissions
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
• Build a positive work relationship with customers to enhance the company's image and public perception
• Strive to achieve maximum Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each customer interaction
• Work well with the team, demonstrate relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Stay up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies for both the Company and its competition

Requirements

• Retail sales experience
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time, open availability

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• Entry level with retail sales experience preferred; experience selling Mobile and Cable products is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience
