About This Role

Join Blufox Mobile as an Xfinity Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to promote and sell Xfinity services, develop product knowledge, and maximize sales through upselling while delivering positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell all Xfinity services and products including Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security, and Voice
• Develop foundational knowledge of Comcast products and services
• Utilize sales skills to maximize sales through effective upselling
• Maintain a positive customer experience
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Execute sales closing techniques consistently and in a timely manner to maximize Gross Profit
• Create value around products and services and tailor packages to fit customer needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently and maximize commissions
• Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers in a constantly changing environment
• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance company image and public perception
• Strive to achieve maximum Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each customer interaction
• Work well with the team, have relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Stay up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies
• Achieve overall performance goals of the organization
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including nights, weekends, and overtime

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time, Open Availability
• Bilingual

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred
