About This Role

This Sales Engineer role acts as a critical link between technical expertise and sales strategy within J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions (JPMWS). The position focuses on driving successful client engagements, streamlining sales processes, and supporting high-performing sales teams for a diverse corporate client base.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the RFP and Sales teams
  • Review and ensure proposals are accurate and tailored to client requirements
  • Draft specialized responses requiring in-depth sales team knowledge
  • Deliver comprehensive demo support, including leading technical proofs of concept and product demonstrations
  • Present key system functionalities (Admin System, Participant Experience, Reporting)
  • Develop and maintain field sales resources and training programs to improve sales cycle efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and coordinate training for new or updated sales processes
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure consistent process communication
  • Partner with Marketing to update client presentations, proposal/LOI documents, product videos, and event/conference materials
  • Review new product release notes to assess functionality and client impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, sales enablement, or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and technical product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and training initiatives
  • Experience with proposal development and client presentations
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, sales enablement, or a similar role.
