About This Role

The Workday Help System Admin ensures current, accurate, in-system guidance in all Workday modules for English and Spanish users. This role coordinates guidance modifications, plans system enhancements, and maintains system documentation, security, and workflows for the Help Module.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure current, accurate, in-system guidance is available in all modules, in English and Spanish
  • Coordinate with module owners for guidance modifications to address feedback, defects, and changes
  • Plan use of additional guided activities and AI features to improve user experience through Journeys, Knowledge Management, and Case Management tools
  • Configure and maintain business processes, security, and workflows for the Help Module
  • Maintain system documentation of the module
  • Work with business to ensure system guidance is up to date as system enhancements are made across the Workday platform
  • Apply understanding of available technical resources; select most relevant, innovative options as solutions
  • Complete testing and regression testing of updates, including bi-annual Workday releases
  • Reengineer HR processes to leverage technology for efficiency, accuracy, and customer-orientation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, a related field, or comparable experience

Nice to Have

  • Exposure or experience with Workday HCM
  • Experience in project management or planning
  • Bilingual Spanish
