Wiring Associate

About This Role

Kelly is seeking Wiring Associates for a leading manufacturer of power distribution centers and enclosures. This role involves reading electrical diagrams, assembling electronic components, and utilizing various hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and connection wiring diagrams to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
• Assemble a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical components.
• Utilize small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers.
• Label, lug, terminate and route control wire in a building.
• Operate portable power tools and ladders.
• Lift up to 50 lbs or use lifting assist products/equipment for anything over 50 lbs.
• Work on a ladder and be able to sit, stand, and bend during the shift.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and work instructions written in standard English
• Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
