About This Role

This part-time, remote Administrative Assistant role focuses on setting up and maintaining a comprehensive spreadsheet for employee training records and assisting with promotional material creation using design tools.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet to track and manage training records for 180 employees
  • Track employee training history, upcoming training dates, and mastery levels after each training
  • Utilize cross-referencing and pivot tables in Excel for data management
  • Assist in creating brochures, pamphlets, and promotional materials using Canva or Microsoft Publisher
  • Arrange provided text and add graphics for engaging final products

Requirements

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Experience using Canva or Microsoft Publisher
  • Proven ability to meet project deadlines
  • Own computer with Excel access and reliable internet
