About This Role

Deliver exceptional in-home care to senior clients in the San Jose area, assisting with daily tasks, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to the client in their home
Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
Assist with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
Document completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Requirements

1 year experience as a Caregiver
Home Care Aide Registration
Driver's license
Social security card
State ID
Reliable transportation
Valid car insurance
Experience providing personal care to seniors
Experience with Hoyer lift
Experience with gait belt

Qualifications

1+ year experience working experience as a Caregiver
