About This Role

Deliver exceptional in-home care to senior clients, assisting with daily tasks, personal companionship, and activities of daily living to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Complete all daily tasks, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), in a safe and professional manner
• Provide personal companionship and remain actively engaged with clients and their families
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Document task completion and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
