The Wash Station Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of kitchenware and assisting other kitchen associates as needed, ensuring all food safety and health standards are met within a premier grocery store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide other associates with assistance in the kitchen, as needed
- Follow all sanitary and health-related processes
- Clean dish storage areas
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual cleaning methods
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
- Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs
- Comply with all personal and food safety standards
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to comply with all company policies and standards
- Sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work non-traditional five-day work schedules, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings
