This role involves processing basic warranty claims and product registrations, providing customer service for warranty-related inquiries, and handling routine special projects.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and processes basic warranty claims and product registrations
- Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail
- Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration
- Reviews less complex warranty claims independently
- Efficiently handles simpler, routine special projects and reports
- Refers more complex situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation
- Able to meet SLA requirements
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of products and parts
- Developing knowledge of warranty review processes
- Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
