About This Role

This role involves processing basic warranty claims and product registrations, providing customer service for warranty-related inquiries, and handling routine special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and processes basic warranty claims and product registrations
  • Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail
  • Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration
  • Reviews less complex warranty claims independently
  • Efficiently handles simpler, routine special projects and reports
  • Refers more complex situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation
  • Able to meet SLA requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of products and parts
  • Developing knowledge of warranty review processes
  • Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
