Warehouse Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise and train a warehouse team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Manage inventory, production schedules, and track warehouse activities to meet company standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports
• Assign duties to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team
• Manage operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Handle the organization of merchandise and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources for job assignments
• Keep time and production records
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing

Requirements

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in various temperatures (as low as -20F/-25C, up to 100F/37C)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
