Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, product and building security, and efficient inventory control. This role is for an entrepreneurial individual passionate about building relationships and making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and year-end physicals
• Ensure safety, product, and building security
• Manage a team with leadership and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with all Warehouse functions
• Experience with WMS systems
• Experience with Inventory Control
• Ability to interact with customers
• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills

Qualifications
