About This Role

As a Receiver/Stocker, you will maintain an organized and safe store environment by accurately receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, contributing to overall store success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive inbound freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise and top stock
• Unload deliveries and handle equipment and hazardous materials safely
• Prep working areas for daily success
• Assist customers, answer questions, and offer support with a friendly, professional attitude
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials and equipment use
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools
• Pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)
• Load delivery orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery satisfaction (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience

Nice to Have

• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment
• 6 months experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
