Warehouse Operations Specialist

About This Role

Support the United States Army Reserve Command's C2CRE-A mission by managing warehouse operations. This role focuses on ensuring the readiness, accountability, and movement of critical equipment for national-level response operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and cyclic inventories
• Track and maintain Authorized Stock Levels (ASL)
• Create and process work orders for durable and consumable items, ASL shortages, push-package equipment, and unit requests
• Perform packaging and shipping operations
• Execute receiving, transferring, and accountability actions
• Manage shelf-life programs for applicable materials
• Develop load plans to support bulk equipment movements and mission deployments

Requirements

• 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team while supporting daily warehouse operations

Nice to Have

• Prior military experience
• A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Experience using Logistics Information Systems (LIS)
• Experience managing Government- or Contractor-Acquired Property
