About This Role

Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team as a Warehouse Associate, responsible for picking, restocking, selecting, or custodial duties to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders while adhering to strict safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals
• Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep work area for the next shift
• Select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases of merchandise, and stock product
• Move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties, including restroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Ensure safe work practices and embrace the company's safety culture

Requirements

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift based on business need (for Full-Time)
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand
• Must wear safety composite shoes
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
• Must be at least 18 years old

Nice to Have

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Prior warehouse or applicable experience (e.g., fast-food, stockroom, racking systems, customer service, package handling)
