Perform general warehouse activities, including pulling and moving merchandise, verifying counts, and operating equipment. This role supports digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
- Operate equipment
- Work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club
- Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, and expired or short-dated items
- Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements
- Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized OMNI Space, including bin storage and general housekeeping
- Process returns to the club and determine appropriate handling
Nice to Have
- Previous order pulling experience
- Big box/wholesale retail experience
- Previous RF scanner experience
