Warehouse Coordinator

About This Role

Coordinate and manage warehouse inventory and operations for a home remodeling company, ensuring materials are allocated efficiently to support daily projects and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare daily project needs with Install Partners, Manufacturers, Vendors, and Production team
• Unload and load stock including windows, doors, siding material, roofing material, etc.
• Create and sustain working relationships with vendors
• Inventory and procurement of stock based on territory needs
• Utilize pallet jacks to relocate stock as needed throughout the Warehouse
• Work with leadership to track and coordinate project margins and profitability through data entry and inventory management
• Ensure all materials used in the installation process meet company standards and compliance/quality standards
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50lbs+
• Able to use/learn to use a pallet jack

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of related work experience is a plus, previous inventory management or warehouse experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Strong interest in Supply Chain Management
• Previous inventory management or warehouse experience
• Exposure to the construction industry
