Warehouse and Installation Manager

About This Role

This role involves overseeing warehouse operations and managing installation teams for bathroom products, ensuring efficient delivery, storage, and installation. It requires strong technical knowledge of bathroom fittings, plumbing, and installation standards, coupled with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of bathroom products
• Ensure accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize losses or damages
• Coordinate deliveries to installation sites and customers
• Assist with schedule and supervise bathroom installation projects
• Manage and support installation teams, ensuring quality standards and technical specifications are met
• Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and resolve installation issues
• Provide technical guidance on bathroom layouts, plumbing connections, and product compatibility
• Train, supervise, and evaluate installation staff
• Liaise with sales teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Manage installation reports, delivery notes, and job completion records

Requirements

• Residential wet and dry space installation experience
• Proven experience in warehouse management and bathroom installation
• Strong technical knowledge of bathroom installation, plumbing, and fittings
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Health & safety awareness
• Computer literacy (inventory systems, basic reporting)
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience bathroom Installation, plumbing, or construction and strong proven experience in warehouse management and bathroom installation
