1099 Subcontractors - Bathroom Remodeling

About This Role

Join a rapidly growing bathroom remodeling organization as a 1099 subcontractor, installing acrylic bath systems in 1-2 days using your carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills, with year-round work availability.

Responsibilities

• Remodel bathrooms in 1-2 days using carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills
• Adhere to all installation standards and procedures for The Bath Authority while performing installations and services
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when interacting with customers
• Respect customers' property and ensure the work area is clean after completion
• Wear the company uniform on the job and observe good grooming and hygiene practices
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos
• Take inventory of your installation vehicle and keep it stocked with tools, job components, and paperwork

Requirements

• General liability insurance
• Workers' comp insurance
• Truck and enclosed trailer for hauling products
• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience
• Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square
• Possess and be able to use necessary tools to complete demolition or installation including power tools, drills, jigsaws
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Verifiable insurance
• Minimum of basic plumbing knowledge, including ability to hook up new fixtures and troubleshoot leaking
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Reasoning ability to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience
