About This Role

This Vice President role in Capital Management leads liquidity strategy, bank relationships, hedging activities, and financing programs. The position oversees cash management, credit facilities, funding structures, and financial risk exposure while partnering with investment, finance, and operations teams to optimize the balance sheet and capital efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead treasury policies, procedures, and treasury management systems to support scalable and efficient operations
  • Manage senior-level banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities, subscription lines, NAV facilities, and asset-backed lending programs
  • Oversee liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, and investment of cash portfolios across entities
  • Execute foreign exchange and interest rate hedging strategies and advise investment teams on risk mitigation
  • Ensure credit facility compliance and monitor bank exposure and counterparty risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 7-15 years of progressive treasury experience within alternative asset management or related corporate finance functions
  • Strong understanding of money markets, financing structures, liquidity management, and hedging strategies
  • Experience with treasury management systems, Bloomberg, and bank platforms
  • Hands-on exposure to negotiating and managing credit facilities
  • Strategic, analytical leader with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Sound judgment
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
