Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for projects in healthcare, data center, life sciences, and bio-pharma industries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects from conceptualization to completion
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software applications to create detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform load calculations using Trane Trace or equivalent programs to ensure system efficiency and performance
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of mechanical systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance engineering processes and methodologies
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Mechanical Engineer license in good standing
• 7+ years of mechanical design and construction industry-specific experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software applications
• Experience with Trane Trace or equivalent load calculation programs
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
