About This Role

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will support veterinarians and veterinary technicians, ensuring the safety of pets, clients, and associates while contributing to quality veterinary care. You will advocate for pets and educate clients on pet health.

Responsibilities

Support and assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians
Ensure the safety of pets, clients, and other associates
Ensure the continuity of quality veterinary care
Advocate for pets
Educate clients on all aspects of pet health

Qualifications

Certificate of completion from a NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant program or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
