About This Role

This role is responsible for scheduling and managing vehicle service appointments, communicating with customers regarding maintenance needs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work within the service department.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Process work requests and work orders in MaintainX
• Follow through on part’s orders
• Performs customer service functions
• Creates and assigns work orders
• Provides information and assistance related to department services, activities, procedures, forms, or other issues
• Responds to questions and complaints
• Provides information regarding service times and progress
• Research problems and initiates problem resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Great computer and communication skills
• Automotive background

Qualifications

• High School, Some College
• Entry level

Nice to Have

• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Teams, Office
• English language proficiency
