Vaccines Medical Manager

About This Role

This role is responsible for implementing the medical strategy for specific vaccine products/therapeutic areas in Algeria, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving medical projects to improve clinical practice. The role focuses on engaging with key decision-makers and generating scientific insights.

Responsibilities

• Possess deep therapy area expertise and product knowledge, including competitor data
• Utilize strong business acumen to assist the cross-functional team, acting as a key business partner
• Initiate and drive impactful medical projects to raise standards of care and improve clinical practice
• Engage with Key Decision Makers & Therapeutic Area Experts in high-value scientific activities
• Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key stakeholders and generate valuable insights
• Lead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through understanding stakeholder needs and data gaps analysis
• Support investigators in Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS) submissions and follow-up
• Create industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovative
• Drive collaborative relationships with the Medical Franchise Head
• Manage medical information to ensure efficient and effective answers to queries
• Ensure medical compliance for all medical activities within Sanofi

Requirements

• MD or PharmD
• Relevant experience in Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
