About This Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy for Account Management and Health Information Technology (HIT) teams within Sanofi's Vaccines division. You will build and deliver training programs for customer-facing teams, focusing on market knowledge, value-focused engagement, and digital learning to enhance the effectiveness of account managers and HIT & Data Strategists.

Responsibilities

  • Create longitudinal Account Management & Strategic Accounts training strategy and execution, including market knowledge and value-focused engagement
  • Develop Health Information Technology (HIT) training strategy, plan, and execution
  • Reimagine and build a best-in-class new hire training program for SAMs and DNAs, differentiated by customer type
  • Become a certified facilitator of Value Focused Engagement (VFE) and train new AMs and HIT & Data Strategist hires
  • Proactively identify future training opportunities to support SAMs, DNAs, FAMs, and HIT & Data Strategists
  • Develop digital training programs consistent with established best practices in adult learning principles
  • Identify gaps in training plans and propose actionable solutions
  • Strategize with cross-functional departments (HS Solutions, Marketing, GTMC, Medical, Market Access, etc.) to develop comprehensive training plans
  • Work directly with GTMC partners to ensure relevant product content is tailored for Account Managers and large, organized customers
  • Actively participate in the certification process for Value Focused Engagement and Brand imperatives to ensure compliance
  • Create a marketing asset & solution sustainment plan in conjunction with Account Management and HIT leadership
  • Constantly assess the effectiveness of training programs and product learning modules and proactively upgrade learning materials
  • Create continuous learning tools, e-learning, Advanced Training, Experiential training, and assessment programs
  • Ensure training projects and materials meet good training and adult learning principles and regulatory review processes
  • Plan, execute, and facilitate trainings for Account Management & Strategic Accounts meetings, TTTs, and POAs
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to measure and monitor training impact and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and lead partnerships with external vendors to support training curriculum development
  • Develop Scopes of Work (SOW) for new and existing projects with outside vendors and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Identify opportunities to work with external partners to deliver market knowledge and account management content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of commercial experience
  • 5+ years experience working with large, organized customers (health systems, medical groups, IDNs, W/Ds, GPOs, PBGs, etc.)
  • Experience building digital training programs consistent with established best practices in adult learning principles
  • Experience developing and executing training content for customer facing teams
  • Executive communication skills, ability to communicate to audiences of varied sizes and levels
  • Relationship builder with strong track record of excellent execution working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven understanding of adult learning principles
  • Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques and modify behavior to gain acceptance of ideas or plans
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, e-Learning applications, and internet-based support tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial experience, 5+ years experience working with large, organized customers

  • 2+ years experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
