Vacation Sales Representative

About This Role

Engage with customers inside Bass Pro Shops to introduce them to exciting vacation ownership opportunities, promoting a trusted brand in a fun, high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities
• Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of vacation ownership
• Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages
• Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay informed on offerings

Requirements

• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year sales experience is a plus, but not required if positive demeanor and willingness to learn are present.
