Represent clients in property damage and personal injury cases, ensuring they receive exceptional care and the best possible outcomes. This role involves client interaction, case preparation, and trial litigation.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassion and empathy
- Earn clients' trust, confidence, and respect
- Update clients on the status of claims
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers
- Prepare cases for trial
- Try cases as needed
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 6 or more years of litigation experience
- Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
- Knowledge of how to evaluate claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 6 or more years of litigation experience
Nice to Have
- 5 or more jury trials as first chair
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
