Bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist

About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to legal services and gathering their information. This role ensures clients receive timely assistance and their details are accurately processed and distributed to the appropriate departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and answer calls on a daily basis
• Answer questions/concerns from clients regarding their claim
• Process new client files for PI/First Party
• Data entry of cases into case management systems (SmartAdvocate)
• Verify all information with the client (Insurance/Demographics/facts of loss)
• Assist in setting up a meeting with field reps/attorneys
• Notify attorneys/case managers of file assignments and time-sensitive tasks
• Follow up with pending leads until clients are retained by the firm
• Communicate with doctor offices and assist clients in setting up initial appointments

Requirements

• High school/GED diploma
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
