Represent clients in personal injury and property damage litigation, focusing on achieving favorable outcomes and maximum compensation. This role involves client interaction, case preparation, negotiation, and trial representation.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases, showing compassion and empathy
- Earn clients' trust, confidence, and respect
- Update clients on claim status and communicate with insurance companies
- Prepare cases for trial
- Try cases if needed
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- 3-5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
- Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
