About This Role

Represent clients in personal injury and property damage litigation, focusing on achieving favorable outcomes and maximum compensation. This role involves client interaction, case preparation, negotiation, and trial representation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, showing compassion and empathy
• Earn clients' trust, confidence, and respect
• Update clients on claim status and communicate with insurance companies
• Prepare cases for trial
• Try cases if needed

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
