Serve as a Trial Attorney, providing compassionate client care, handling communications with insurance companies, and preparing cases for trial to secure the most favorable outcomes for property damage and personal injury clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect
- Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers
- Prepare the case for trial
- Try cases if needed
- Evaluate claims
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 6 or more years of litigation experience
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 6 or more years of litigation experience
Nice to Have
- 5 or more jury trials as first chair
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
