About This Role

Perform professional tree maintenance activities, including climbing and rigging, to ensure tree health and safety under the direction of a Crew Leader.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional tree maintenance activities as directed by the Crew Leader
• Climb trees, using climbing hooks and belts, or climb ladders to gain access to work areas
• Evaluate tree health for safety of climb

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in tree climbing and rigging
• Able to demonstrate working knowledge of basic climbing knots and rigging devices used in tree trimming and removal operations
• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 pounds

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in tree climbing and rigging
