Treatment Nurse - LVN or RN

About This Role

As a Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN), you will provide high-quality wound care and treatment services, working with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes. This role requires clinical expertise, reliability, and teamwork to promote healing and provide comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures
