Join our team as a Laundry Staff Member to provide clean, comfortable, and well-maintained laundry services for residents in a healthcare setting. This role involves utilizing laundry equipment to clean linens and clothing, folding and organizing items neatly, and delivering them promptly to resident rooms and facility areas.

Responsibilities

• Utilize both household and industrial laundry equipment to wash and dry resident and facility linens and clothing.
• Fold and stack linens neatly, ensuring proper storage and distribution.
• Deliver clean linens and laundry promptly to resident rooms and facility areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and equipment.
• Handle approved laundry detergents and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Deliver clothing directly to residents' rooms and ensure items are handled with care.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure laundry is properly cleaned and organized
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive and cooperative attitude when working with residents, families, and staff
