About This Role

This role involves providing comprehensive treasury management support to corporate customers of a premier financial institution. The representative will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and identify product referral opportunities to contribute to revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone, email, and fax inquiries from corporate customers and internal departments
  • Resolve Treasury Management customer issues quickly, creatively, and with focus on quality service levels
  • Utilize 20+ internal client applications/systems to obtain and research information
  • Identify qualified product referrals and closed sales that contribute to the revenue stream
  • Handle customer inquiries, high-level issues, and problem resolution for national/international customers across all markets and time zones
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to TM products/services, including client portal, transmissions, and TM software/hardware
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment and process requests within established service levels
  • Provide guidance to customers on over 40 products and services and their usage
  • Complete documentation, case management, research, and copy statements post-call

Requirements

  • 4 years of customer service experience
  • 3 years of retail, financial sales, or call/contact center experience
  • 4 years of Microsoft Outlook applications, data entry systems and internet search experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a call center environment within the Banking industry

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 4 years of customer service experience and 3 years of retail, financial sales, or call/contact center experience
