Treasury Management - Product Manager Supervisor

About This Role

This role involves leading and developing a team of Treasury Management Product Managers, enhancing product effectiveness, and driving strategic projects within Treasury Management services. The supervisor supports new product implementation and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Treasury Management Product Managers, focusing on their development and success
• Improve the effectiveness of treasury product specialties under oversight
• Lead strategic projects related to Treasury Management services
• Partner in the implementation and roll-out process for new business products and enhancements
• Collaborate with Sales and Service management to develop new and expand existing treasury management business
• Generate revenue/sales of Treasury Management product solutions in conjunction with the relationship coverage team
• Build trusted, long-term business relationships by providing integrated treasury solutions
• Lead and coordinate Request for Proposals (RFP's) with the coverage team
• Monitor and coach team members' performance, ensuring goals are achieved
• Attract, develop, and coach Team Leads, Product & Specialists teams

Requirements

• 10+ years experience leading treasury management sales and customer service teams
• Extensive experience in cSuite level client calling
• Experience managing in high growth, dynamic organizational environments
• Knowledge of wholesale receivables/payables solutions
• Expertise in business cash flows, accounting processes and financial optimization
• Expertise in value propositions related to treasury management applications within a corporate treasury environment
• Expertise of both business and banking regulations such as UCC, Reg CC, Reg E and regulatory guidance/oversight
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience managing remote sales and service staff
• Ability to foster internal and external collaborative partnerships
• Demonstrates sales/negotiation aptitude and the ability to tactfully communicate at a senior executive level

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
• 10+ Years experience which includes experience leading treasury management sales and customer service teams

• Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent)
• Certified Treasury Professional CTP
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
• Direct involvement and/or Voice with Receivables Networks (NACHA, TCH, AFP)
