Branch Banking-Client Consultant II-Float

About This Role

The Branch Banking-Client Consultant II-Float travels between assigned branches to provide high-quality financial services to customers. This role focuses on resolving concerns, detailing product information to meet client needs, and managing client retention. The position involves greater lending and basic investment interactions, participating in more complex banking discussions, and making introductions to key bank partners.

Responsibilities

• Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition.
• Actively seek and deliver client introductions to team members to achieve growth targets and execute sales initiatives.
• Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership, including NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, completed, and needs met.
• Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for no controllable losses.
• Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required.
• Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards, completing required compliance trainings and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency or Foreign Equivalent
• 4-5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures

Qualifications

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry.
