About This Role

As a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse, you will oversee and treat children with medically complex or life-threatening health conditions, developing and implementing personalized patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and treat children with medically complex or life-threatening health conditions
• Monitor patients' health and provide necessary care, potentially including life-saving interventions
• Manage complicated cases due to a generally low patient assignment ratio
• Develop personalized patient care plans based on health histories and current diagnoses
• Implement treatments and evaluate patient response
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to make necessary adjustments to patient care

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in PICU
• Active RN license

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
