About This Role

As an Emergency Room Nurse (RN ER), you will be the initial point of care for patients requiring urgent medical attention, treating those with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions. Your role includes quickly assessing patient conditions, providing necessary care, monitoring health, administering medication, and utilizing medical equipment to stabilize patients.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense for patients who require any type of urgent medical care
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Work quickly to assess the condition of the patient
• Provide necessary care, monitor health conditions, administer medicine, and utilize medical equipment
• Determine whether the patient should be discharged or make arrangements for a longer hospital stay once stabilized

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
• Active RN license

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
